At Ivy Trellis Floral, we strive to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell 100%.

Of course we always want to keep a customer and do whatever it takes to make a wrong situation right. If ever there is a problem with your flowers or the delivery we want to know about it so we can make it right.

Our first course of action is to replace or upgrade and arrangement if something has not been satisfactory with the flowers. Our second option depending on the circumstances would be to offer an in-store credit towards a future purchase, credit back a delivery, or respond appropriately whatever the circumstances may be to be fair.

If we have exhausted all avenues of trying to fairly rectify the situation and can do nothing more, we will fully refund the sale of the flowers.
